Service is a bit all over the place. They seem to be very understaffed and as a result you have to flag a waiter down to get menus or order or pay. It's very frustrating especially when you have limited time for lunch. Food is tasty though, good breakfast options.

The dishes were delicious. The small breakfast for 13 € is designed for the masses and is even enough for 2 people. However, the price-performance ratio is not good. The ingredients are more convenience and could come straight from a company canteen. The cappuccino was ok but the tea was delicious. For a small breakfast (convenience canteen) 2 pots of tea and a cappuccino € 34 is not ideal. The location on the terrace can partially serve as a compensation.

Strange atmosphere when you drink your coffee and / or eat something next to your men's clothing.

Bad value for money and poor service! Partly chaotic conditions among the staff. One has the impression that only unskilled temporary workers are at work there. Prices very expensive. The food, however, was very tasty.

Service, quality of speech and speed (especially with Yvonne) really perfect. Ambience and atmosphere can't be beat.

It has friendly staff and is located in a lively area. Apple strudel was really nice.

Unfortunately, the wonder house has decreased significantly! Service, price and performance are out of proportion. The small breakfast for € 12.90, for example, consists only of symbolic portions of normal wholesale goods, all in all not enough for a sandwich and a slice of bread. You can then reorder, but at an additional cost. Not recommendable!

Nice place for a quick bite and coffee. Great interiors and friendly personnel. We had ordered avocado open sandwich and it was yum.

Good cake selection with very delicious cake from Hinkel. The bee sting is served in very generous pieces. The staff is extremely friendly. The prices are on Kaiserswerther level. We will be back. Ps .: in the care of the sanitary facility is still up.

The food was delicious, the service good. Only the drinks prices were a bit excessive.

A restaurant responsible who seemed like the owner brought cookies to kids and said: if you guys are being quite you can eat these cookies. He did not even ask mommies if they would be ok with the idea and also said kids are disturbing people in the place! One mom got angry and said he should not advise kids to be quite offering cookies as kids need freedom of speech. Definitely not a kid friendly place! Plus a very bad way of customer management.

Nice place, but I will not eat there anymore. The vegetable doner for over 10 EUR was a pure disappointment. Vegetable saute and sour cream in a hard flatbread. Too bad.

Overpriced, rude, and slow service. Made me miss a train because they a) wouldn't pay attention to me when I came up to pay b) said that they have a 20 euro minimum that is not advertised anywhere. They suggested I go to an ATM with a 4 Euro fee to pay an 11 euro bill. I told the cashier that I needed to make a train (it's across from the station, which is the only reason i was there) and she rolled her eyes before eventually accepting my card. Not worth it.

1.Food: 8 Euro for 6 (literally) veggie sticks and 10 gram of dip. 9 Euro for cold, old and overcooked Milchreis. 2. Service is extremely slow, not friendly. This is experience made base on a couple visits there. So I would never go again, and I would not recommend anyone to go either.

Love this place for a few reasons; staff super friendly, coffee is BEAUTIFUL and the food on offer is perfect! If you have spare cash there’s a nice selection of expensive home decor and gifts available to purchase at the back of the cafe. It is wunderbar... ;-)
